Asst. Prof. Soňa Ďurišová

She finished PhD at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business in Human Resources Management and worked 15 years in the HRM area in banking sector and later as HR Manager in a production plant. Returned to the university in 2022 to teach subjects connected to HRM, Strategic HRM, and HR Data Analytics. During the last years, visited universities across Europe as a host professor with Erasmus+ mobility (Spain, Estonia, Germany, Bulgaria). Research oriented to HR development, Strategic improvement of HR management and practices.
